Quick setting vegan Raspberry Jelly with no artificial colours/flavours/sweeteners. Simply add boiling water, give it a good stir and leave it to set. For a twist, pour the mixture into individual pots and pop in some fresh raspberries.

raw cane sugar, gelling agents (carrageenan, locust bean gum), citric acid, natural colour (beetroot red), natural raspberry flavour (1,1%), acidity regulator (potassium citrate).
