Fermented from the fresh pressed juice of whole organically grown grapes, the balsamic vinegar is matured in barrels of precious woods such as oak, chestnut & cherry. Aspall Organic Balsamic Vinegar is bottled unpasteurised and free from preservatives to ensure a full natural balsamic flavour.
