Stuffed Vine Leaves (or Dolmades as they are called in Greece) are a traditional vegetarian dish served as a starter or as part of a Mezze platter. The young Vine Leaves are stuffed with a delicious filling of rice and herbs including dill & mint.
This recipe uses only young vine leaves and 65 % rice for a delicious eating experience, ideal as a lunch or snack.
